By doing so, she helps you create and streamline simple systems to regulate your emotions, increase your confidence, have more energy, sleep better, improve your relationships, and ultimately increase your overall health and performance.

 

She has been a Registered Nurse for 15 years, is a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, is a 200+ Hour Registered Yoga Instructor and is a Level II Reiki Practitioner. She has lead dozens of yoga and wellness retreats to help others learn how to prioritize their health and create sustainable healthy habits that impact all areas of life. 

 

She also successfully ran a six figure business and understands the importance of health as a business owner and is passionate about helping others thrive.
